ERP Implementation Manager

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Primary Location: Remote, Ontario, Canada

We currently have an opportunity for a ERP Implementation Manager to support our client partner in retail sector.

Responsibilities 
  • Lead the vendor selection process, including researching vendors, putting out an RFI/RFP, evaluating proposals, and facilitating contract negotiations.
  • RFI/RFP Development and Execution-prepare and issue the Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents to gather vendor proposals and solutions.
  • Project Plan Development and Execution- develop a detailed project plan outlining timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables for each phase of the ERP implementation.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of all project artifacts, including project charters, scope documents, meeting minutes, and status reports.
  • Develop and manage a RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrix to clarify roles and responsibilities across all teams involved in the ERP implementation.
  • Identify potential project risks, log them in a risk register, and regularly review and update them throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate regular SteerCo meetings to update executive leadership on project progress, risks, and key decisions needed.
  • Oversee the development and execution of a change management strategy to prepare the organization for new business processes and system changes.
