We currently have an opportunity to be a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist (Guidewire Billing Center), who can perform thorough manual testing of Billing Center functionalities including Invoicing, Delinquencies, Collections, Payments, and Commissions.

Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough manual testing of BillingCenter functionalities including Invoicing, Delinquencies, Collections, Payments, and Commissions
Create comprehensive and detailed test cases covering both functional and end-to-end scenarios.
Simulate time-based test conditions by performing clock shifts and executing batch jobs such as delinquency processing, invoice runs, and disbursements.
Collaborate with the automation team by designing high-quality manual test cases for automation readiness clarifying functional flows and answering questions
Accurately document test results and defects; work with developers and business analysts to resolve issues.
Ensure high test coverage, requirements traceability, and documentation quality.
Operate independently and manage tasks with minimal guidance.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
Nice to have:
Experience with other Guidewire modules like PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of hands-on QA experience specifically in Guidewire BillingCenter (BC).
Deep understanding of billing workflows and BC core modules.
Experience with time manipulation (clock moves) and batch job execution in test environments.
Strong experience designing clear, maintainable manual test cases.
Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams, especially with automation engineers.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of testing activities.
Specific knowledge of business required for this role: Guidewire Billing Center expertise. Other centers are good to have, but the must requirement is Billing Center.
