Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced hands-on Sales/Revenue Operations Manager who can double as the Chief of Staff to lead our revenue generating activities and to optimize the sales performance. Reporting directly to the CRO you will be responsible for leading sales operations, governance, annual planning, configuring HubSpot, and leading special projects as assigned by the CRO.
Responsibilities:
  • HubSpot Administration: Take ownership of HubSpot ensuring it is effectively configured and tailored to meet the needs of our sales team.
  • Data Management: Oversee data integrity, data maintenance, and data hygiene initiatives within HubSpot, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain insightful reports and dashboards that offer key performance metrics and actionable insights for the sales team and leadership, especially:
    • For meeting the expected revenue target.
    • To determine the scale of the account executive team needed
    • Measure Account Executive performance and recommend improvements.
  • Forecasting: Own the monthly forecasting process, Sales Funnel, and data accuracy, in collaboration with the Sales and Finance team.
  • Sales Enablement: Support the CTO by providing data-driven recommendations and analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Sales Governance: Lead weekly Sales pipeline and activity discussions.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement Sales process, improvements, automations, and optimizations to enhance sales productivity.
  • Sales Planning: Assist with annual Sales planning activities and consolidate into the QA Consultants GTM plan and Strategy.
  • Marketing: Work with Marketing team to help configure events and run campaigns within HubSpot. Also, work across Sales and Marketing to create alignment between the organizations.
  • Project Delivery: Own and delivery special projects as assigned by the CRO.
  • Supporting website team in developing industry structure and content.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5 years’ experience and a proven track record in business management, sales operations, sales planning, or revenue operations.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot at an advanced level and strong knowledge of CRM tools in general.
  • Strong analytical, operational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Effective leadership abilities and team management experience.
  • A demonstrated history of effectively liaising between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree – BSC or BBA, or similar field
  • Master’s in marketing management (preferred)
