Senior Test Automation Engineer

Job Type- Full Time
Primary Location- Remote

Mandatory Skills
  • Quality Assurance Fundamentals: Comprehensive knowledge and application of various testing methodologies and phases, including but not limited to unit, integration, system, and regression testing.
  •  Test Strategy Development: Advanced proficiency in developing and implementing test strategies in collaboration with the Squad Leader, with a focus on integration and regression testing phases.
  •  Coding Proficiency: Strong programming skills in Python or Java, coupled with logical reasoning abilities. Candidates with experience in other programming languages but demonstrating strong logic skills may also be considered.
  •  Data Manipulation Expertise: In-depth experience with creating test data as well as various data manipulation tools and techniques, including SQL, NoSQL databases, data sourcing, data integration, and ETL processes.
  •  Test Automation Competencies: Proven expertise in automating tests for Web UIs, APIs, and data operations, including comparison, processing, integration, and validation tasks.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Complex Integrations: Prior involvement in multi-vendor programs requiring the integration and testing of diverse software components is highly valued.
  •  Knowledge Sharing: Proven teamwork and leadership skills, with a proven track record of contributing to a collective knowledge base and supporting team growth.
  • Experience with the Healthcare and/or Pharmacy industry
