QA/Lead – Salesforce

Job Type: Contract
Primary Location: Remote -Toronto


We currently have an opportunity for a QA/Lead – Salesforce, supporting a partner in non-profit humanitarian sector.

Quality Assurance Lead will report to the Integrated Delivery Lead, while working closely with other QA Lead(s) and Project Delivery Team. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, is able to plan and track various testing activities, test scenario creation, manage the defect triage process, perform test execution, report on test quality indicators and status, improve existing testing methodology and processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and maintain test strategy and test plans
  • Develop and maintain well performing test scripts
  • Design, develop and maintain the implementation of procedures, methods, standards, and controls to support effective testing,
  • Execute day-to-day delivery of testing services and activities, tracks progress and prepares test reports
  • Support testing issues related to specific workstreams
  • Compile testing reports and present as needed
  • Assesses the progress and effectiveness of the testing effort
  • Creates materials for testing kick-offs, testing training
  • Acts as primary escalation point for testing issues related to specific workstreams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Salesforce testing (e.g. familiarity with persona testing)
  • Proficient in several testing methods including but not limited to functional testing, UI testing, integration testing, security testing
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience in Azure Devops testing
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce configuration experience (Experience Cloud)
  • Solid understanding of testing on cross-platform devices (mobile, tablet)
  • Accessibility compliance testing
  • Salesforce Admin Certificate
  • Understanding of agile/scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
